Renters must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle.
There is no maximum age requirement, provided the renter has a valid driver's license, meets insurance requirements, and is legally eligible to rent.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
No. There is no required waiting period between bookings.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! First-time customers receive a FREE $100 gas card when renting for 4 weeks or longer.
Promotions are subject to change and may have additional terms and conditions.
Is a security deposit required?
No. Standard vehicle rentals do not require a security deposit.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Rental minimums vary by vehicle type:
Standard Fleet: Weekly (7 days) or Monthly (30 days)
Luxury Vehicles: Minimum rental period of 3 days
There is no maximum rental duration, subject to vehicle availability.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Standard rentals start at $350 per week.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges—such as late fees, accident deductibles, fuel charges, cleaning fees, or tolls—are itemized separately and are only applied when the related condition occurs.
How many miles are included with the rental?
All standard rentals include unlimited mileage.
There are no mileage limits and no per-mile overage charges for standard vehicles.

Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
No. Custom delivery requests are arranged on a case-by-case basis and must be coordinated with A&K Advantage Enterprise in advance.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes. After-hours pick-ups and returns may be available for an additional fee.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Please review the following important rental policies:
A mandatory, non-waivable $1,000 accident deductible applies to each incident, regardless of fault.
Routine vehicle maintenance is included at no additional cost.
Vehicles must be returned on time, with a full tank of fuel, and in the same condition in which they were rented.
All renters must maintain valid personal auto insurance that provides coverage for non-owned rental vehicles.
Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?
At this time, additional equipment and optional services are not available.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers are not permitted under any circumstances.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Evidence of smoking, including odors, ash, or residue, will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
A $50 administrative processing fee applies for each toll notice forwarded to the renter.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Yes. Vehicles are expected to be returned in clean condition.
The following minimum cleaning fees may apply:
$100 for vehicles returned in an unacceptably dirty condition
$250 if there is evidence of smoking inside the vehicle
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle requires cleaning beyond normal wear and use.
